Episode 034: The Long Lost Episode

21 Sep

Angus and Toddy talk about things that suck about being an adult.  Yeah, I forgot to mix this episode and only remembered it when Angus suddenly surfaced from his drunken haze to ask about it.

And now, Episode 034:  The Long Lost Episode

Episode 033: Irene Bears Down, Poop Freeze to the Rescue

27 Aug

This week, Washington, DC reels from the earthquake and Hurricane Irene.  Weather emergency pro-tip: buy booze.  Also, missing monkey causes NY couple’s angst, Captain Save-a-hoe no longer available to rescue fair maidens in Iowa City, and how G*d can get you stoned.  You like?

Episode 032: A Man For Toddy

Angus and Toddy share a very gay moment, then Angus makes up for giving Toddy the willies by introducing him to the man of Toddy’s dream (“Pizzapits!”).  Plus, birthdays, news and our new sponsor…White Castle Scented Candles!

Angus has a personal problem best not discussed on the air (which doesn’t stop him), Angus and Toddy explore the mad world of medicine, and how not to dress for your flight unless you want a walkie talkie antenna in your bid-ness.

Episode 030: Turns Out, Big Macs Are Good For You

24 Jul

Angus and Toddy return from a long hiatus and wonder if anyone noticed.  A Wisconsin man eats 25,000 Big Macs and is not a fat load, has great triglycerides, and is assassinated by Angus for being a skinny bitch.  Toddy encounters a crime scene while Angus refuses to help Adil find Christianity. They welcome their new sponsor, Season Shot (TM, probably, for some reason)!

Episode 029: Foreign Accent Syndrome

13 Jun

An educational episode, to be sure, Angus and Toddy, along with special guest Alex McDarling, explore the amazing world of the brain and its connection with the mind! Not theirs, obviously, but those of people with screwed up brains and minds. Come to think of it, they could’ve used theirs. Anyhoo, get your learning on!

ATST 028: A New Low

24 May

The producer of ATST would like to apologize for the drunken hosts of this week’s show.  It is not the policy of ATST to air such debauchery, but if it were (and it isn’t), even we would be ashamed of ourselves.  In the future, we will not air such awfulness (okay, we probably will, but still) out of respect for our listeners, their families, our families, and the families of people who have never listened to the show and who never will.  This last group is of special importance, because it includes…well, everyone.  We’d also like to apologize to Alex, who appeared on the show, for having him appear on the show.  That is all.

Episode 027: Making new friends, getting rid of old ones.

12 May

This week, the boys finally got together in the DC Studios! Angus met some new friends, Toddy dumped his stalker, and both had a lovely night on the most powerful town in the hemisphere. Their livers might pay the ultimate price, but livers have to have something to keep themselves occupied with besides waiting to be grilled with onions, amiright?

And now, Episode 027: Making new friends, getting rid of old ones.

[music: Angus doesn't remember, but he's sure it was good so please don't sue us.]

Rerun! Episode 018: The Stench of Celebrity

02 May

Since Angus will be visiting Toddy in the DC studios next weekend, and are too lazy to record a show this weekend, it’s a rerun! The boys talk about the celebrity auctions of golden-voiced homeless guy Ted Williams’ hobo tent, Justin Timberlake’s used french toast, Elvis’s used hair, Gary Coleman’s used sweatpants, and Queen Elizabeth II’s used panties.  Also, Take-Your-Children-To-Work-Day at the correctional facility.

Episode 026: Toddy’s Stalker

26 Apr

This week, Toddy tells us about his lady stalker.  If he turns up well moisturized in the basement of a house in the midwest just before he’s made into a ‘man suit’, we’ll know why.  Brought to you (not) by True Clean Towel!  If you’re afraid of your newly cleaned ass contaminating your newly clean face, you need one.
